SUBMISSION REGULATIONS FOR SCIENTIFIC PAPERS
Submission deadline for abstracts: 30 June 2012
Date of publication of the results: 10 July 2012
Maximum of two (02) papers per author and five (05) authors per paper
THE ABSTRACT SHOULD BE SENT IN TWO SEPARATE FILES: ONE OF THEM IDENTIFYING THE AUTHORS, AND THE OTHER ONE WTHOUT ANY AUTHORS DETAILS.
The abstract should be sent by e-mail to resumoscongressogastronomia@gmail.com in Times New Roman font style, size 12, single-spaced, no-paragraphed, with a minimum of 1800 and maximum of 2600 characters and in pdf format. The subject of the abstract should be related to the theme of the congress.
IDENTIFICATION DATA: The title should be capitalized, in bold, just below the top of the page with no left margin, below the title (no space) must contain the names of authors in full, with initial capitalization. Write the names in sequence, on the same line. Highlight a footnote titration, e-mail and the institution to which the author is bound.
BODY OF THE ABSTRACT: The abstract should be ethically and methodologically appropriate, consisting of a compulsory basis the following items: introduction, objectives, methodology, results and discussions.
POSTERS: Poster size should be 0,90m (wide) x 1,20m (high).
PUBLICATION: Abstracts will be published on the event website, provided that at least one of the authors present the work during the Congress.
Papers failing to meet the submission regulations will be disqualified.
No decisions may be appealed to the evaluation board.
